What To Expect

AI and Data Policy

We take data privacy and confidentiality seriously. If we use AI tools to support delivery, we use them only for drafting and analysis of non-sensitive content.

● We do not use your data to train AI models.

● We do not enter personally identifiable information, confidential information, or protected information into public AI tools.

● We anonymize or redact details whenever AI assistance is used, and we limit prompts and outputs to what is necessary.

● We do not use AI to process sensitive client data. If a request would require AI access to sensitive information, we will not proceed with that approach.

● We follow least-access principles in Salesforce and review permissions and sharing so sensitive information is visible only to those who need it.

● If you have specific internal policies or compliance requirements, we will align to them and document the agreed approach as part of your project.

For clarity, “sensitive data” includes personal identifiers such as names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and any information that is confidential, legally protected, or specific to a client, donor, constituent, customer, or case record.

Core Operating Values

Clarity

We reduce complexity and ambiguity so your team knows what to do, where to do it, and how to measure it successfully.

Transparency

We keep work visible and expectations explicit so you always know what is happening, what has been decided, what is next, and why.

Stewardship

We honor your people, time, budget, and data as valuable resources and make disciplined decisions that protect long term outcomes.

Partnership

We work with your team, not around it, to build internal capability so you are stronger when the engagement ends.
